You NEED to be sending a questionnaire to your CLIENTS. This has been a game changer for me. It helps me get to know my clients before the session starts!

Meet my Wedding & Session Questionnaire Template!

This includes my Pre-Wedding Questionnaire, as well as my Session Questionnaire! You can customize the questionnaire to meet your needs as well. It can be used for family or portrait sessions.

You'll receive 2 Editable Microsoft Word Documents, one template for Weddings & one for Sessions (Editable in Google Docs)

These documents are not super fancy, because these are customizable to make it your own! How & where you choose to send your questionnaires is up to you. But, this template is for getting you to ask the right questions.

I send my Questionnaires through Honeybook's questionnaire feature. You can also use this in Google Docs.
